About (Dutch) Langzaam lijkt de glastuinbouw uit het diepe dal te kruipen waarin het zich de laatste jaren bevond. De ‘sense of urgency’ blijft aanwezig, maar sectormanager Plantaardige Sectoren Jan de Ruyter van ABN Amro Bank ziet lichtpuntjes in initiatieven die de voedingstuinbouw en sierteelt kunnen versterken. Waar het kan, dus precompetitief, kunnen afzetorganisaties, ondernemers en andere ketenpartijen nauwer samenwerken. Dat versterkt de keten en kan marktonderzoek en promotie van nieuwe impulsen voorzien.
