Abstract De MINAS wetgeving werkt met maxima voor de toegestane overschotten van N en P op de mineralenbalans om aan de nitraatnorm van 50 mg per liter in het bovenste grondwater te voldoen. Vanuit het ministerie van LNV is de vraag gesteld met welke maatregelen aan de nitraatnorm voldaan kan worden en wat het effect is van steeds verder gaande normen op de bedrijfseconomie en op de nitraatconcentratie
