De maatschappelijke dialoog over voedsel en voedseltechnologie zou een stuk beter kunnen; technologen en consumenten praten nogal vaak langs elkaar heen. In deze video, gebaseerd op onderzoek van de Universiteit Maastricht en Wageningen Universiteit, wordt uitgelegd hoe dat komt.
