Abstract In overleg met de Consumentenbond zijn de groentesoepen onderzocht op het gehalte aan natrium en glutaminezuur. Verder is de samenstelling van de monsters microscopisch onderzocht op zichtbare en onderscheidbare bestanddelen. Tenslotte zijn verschillen in geur, smaak en mondgevoel tussen de monsters groentesoep in kaart gebracht en zijn de monsters door een sensorisch-analytisch panel op basis van deze verschillen geprofileerd.
