Abstract Steeds meer studenten leren in authentieke omgevingen met echte vraagstukken waarin ze samen werken, leren en kennis co-creëren met andere partijen. Dit vraagt dat studenten leren om de grenzen van hun eigen praktijk te overbruggen, oftewel ze moeten ‘boundary crossen’. Iedereen voelt aan dat deze leeromgevingen veel leerpotentieel met zich meebrengen, maar wat kunnen studenten hier nu precies leren? Dit artikel beschrijft de ontwikkeling van de boundary crossing rubric die expliciteert wat studenten kunnen leren van authentieke multi-stakeholder projecten.
