About Een groot aantal levensmiddelenfabrikanten en supermarkten werkten de afgelopen jaren samen met onderzoekers van Wageningen UR Food & Biobased Research en Top Institute Food & Nutrition (TIFN) op het gebied van grondstofefficiëntie en reststromen. Onlangs werden in De Verspillingsfabriek in Veghel resultaten van deze publiek-private samenwerkingen gepresenteerd.
