LIMITATIONS
1. Due to some inconsistencies in the way the data is entered, some source data cannot always be parsed completely. Some corrections may be necessary after importing.
2. With this filter the following publications types will be imported: journal article and review article (both will be imported as reference type "Journal Article" in EndNote, monograph (will be imported as reference type "Book" in EndNote, report (will be imported as reference type "Report" in EndNote).
3. For some records in Agris it seems that the publication type "Monograph" is not correct and rather should be "Journal Article". With the filter, however, these records will get reference type "Book" in EndNote. For this reason after importing these records need to be adjusted. Information of the journal title, volume, issue and page numbers (obtained form the ST or source field) are placed in the EndNote "Notes" field and needs to be replaced to other endNote fields after importing.
3. For monographs all information after the PU tags will be placed in the EndNote "Publisher" field. Thereby, sometimes year and page numbers will be placed in this field and need to be replaced to other EndNote fields after importing.
4. The OS (source field) will be parsed to the different EndNote fields in case the data fit the template. If not, all information of the OS field will be placed in the EndNote "Notes" field and some manual adjustments and transfers in the EndNote file will be needed after import.
5. With the import the HTML codes for italics, superscript and subscript will be neglected for the EndNote fields Title, Keywords and Abstract. $VN -Ovid TechnologiesDB -AGRIS
