The two programs SETCNT and COUNT used together they will outpout a progressive 
number before each record retrieved and sent to the printer.

The result would look like this:

 1. 00072 La Bibbia
 2. 00080 Pinocchio
 3. 00137 Cuore

First you should run SETCNT to set initial number.  Then you can use COUNT
in format exits.
Attention!  These programs use key definition 103 (Ctrl-F10) to store the
number, so if you use this key for other purposes you have to change this
number.
