CAB Abstracts is the most comprehensive database for bibliographic information on agriculture and applied life sciences worldwide. Over 9,000 scientific journals and other serial works in many different languages are scanned for relevant information in the fields of agriculture, forestry, human nutrition, zoology, animal husbandry and management and conservation of natural resources. Grey literature such as book chapters, reports and conference proceedings are included as well. Each record contains an English translation of the title, keywords from the CAB-thesaurus and an extensive abstract. The database contains over 7 million records and some 225,000 records are added per year. The bibliography is updated monthly.
