Abstract Er zijn aanwijzingen dat vloeibare bijproducten en brijvoeders gaan gisten (fermenteren) tijdens opslag, waarbij onder andere organische zuren, melkzuur en alcohol worden gevormd. Dit kan enerzijds de voederwaarde van het product en anderzijds de gezondheid van het dier beonvloeden.
