Abstract By surveying organic pig farms, data were collected concerning management, housing, feed and care on the one hand, and technical performance, slaughter quality and health problems on the other. The analysis revealed that different farm and management aspects in the multiplying and the growing-finishing stages were related to the performance of organic growing-finishing pigs.
