Abstract Dit rapport beschrijft de institutionele mogelijkheden van de groenblauwe dienst 'peilverhoging'; hierbij geldt de Europese staatssteuntoets als een belangrijke randvoorwaarde. Er is ook nagegaan welke financieringsbronnen en betalingsgrondslagen voor deze groenblauwe dienst mogelijk zijn. This report describes the institutional possibilities for the greenblue service 'raising the water level', with the European state aid test as an important preliminary condition. The sources of finance and the foundations for payment have been examined for this greenblue service.
