Abstract Ontwikkelen van een kwantitatieve bepaling van chlooramphenicol in vlees op residu-niveau met behulp van vloeistofchromatografie met UV-detektie. Er is een bepalingsmethode ontwikkeld voor de bepaling van chlooramphenicol in vlees op residu-niveau. Met de methode werden diverse soorten vlees onderzocht waarbij ontwikkelde zuiveringsstappen werden toegepast. Door enzymatische omzetting van het glucuronide van chlooramphenicol in chlooramphenicol kon ook deze mee worden bepaald.
