Abstract

Dandelion is high in Cl and Cu and in the usual cations, but poor in P and S. Consequently, its base-forming capacity is higher than that of grass [spp. not stated]. As an aid to balanced animal nutrition, its presence in a sward is considered to have some value.-- J.F.C. (Abstract retrieved from CAB Abstracts by CABI’s permission)
