Abstract

The following instruments have been developed and are briefly described: (a) mechanical ground-water-level recorder, (b) a resistance bridge for measuring soil- and water-salinity, soil moisture and soil temperature, (c) oscillating micropsychro-meter, (d) field apparatus for rapid determination of soil moisture.-W.J.B.
