TIME OF USE: December - March; later than that it looses its pleasant tartness. First grade for dessert and kitchen.

The TREE grows well, forms an attractive standard tree and is recommended for that, as well as for pyramids. The variety is very fertile and will be successful on the market. We especially recommend this variety because of its firmness, which makes it travel very well, and because of the fact that it seldom looses its beauty, as other apples with softer flesh often do.

A characteristic of this variety is, that the summer branches have closed leaves at the top and are woolly underneath, making the tree recognizable from a distance.
