The FLESH is yellowish or cream-coloured, with eye-catching green-yellow veins, rather firm, not crispy, juicy, pleasant, sweetish sour, fine, very good, aromatic. The core is medium with large cells and medium, dark brown pips
TIME OF USE: November - February; one of the most recommendable apples for dessert.

The twigs are long, medium sized, olive-brown, with many oblong and round, grey lenticels; the buds are snub, conical, standing off and placed on rises; the shoots are brown, woolly; the leaf stalks are 20 - 25 mms, grooved; the leaves are oval, serrated, pointed, somewhat bent upwards, lively green, sea-green underneath.
Especially recommended as pyramid, espalier and dwarf tree.
